Solutions
Energizing Solutions drives down our clients' operational costs through affordable real-time motor monitoring.
Minimize Unplanned Downtime. We deploy our AIMER line of ubiquitous, automated, long-term motor monitoring sensors that are designed to minimize unplanned downtime. Through the AIMER system, our clients are able to precisely and cost-effectively identify when their equipment is due for replacement or upgrades before a critical failure occurs. As a result, Energizing Solutions engineers and client maintenance personnel are able to detect and repair wear and tear on motors and machines before they fail and cause a manufacturing line or industrial process to unexpectedly stop.
The AIMER system is affordable - it is around 50% less expensive than motor monitoring processes currently used at most industrial and manufacturing facilities.
Save Energy. We provide specific, actionable energy reduction solutions. Energizing Solutions physically inspects electric motor systems, air compressors, lighting, and transformers to uncover areas of inefficiency. Then, we investigate demand management processes, power factors, and power quality issues. Finally, we identify options for improvement, prepare detailed cost-benefit analyses of each option, recommend the highest value improvement options, and represent our clients in connection with capital improvement contracting work. We provide ongoing monitoring of electrical usage via a system of sensors, and are able to measure actual energy consumption reductions.
By strategically upgrading or replacing inefficient electrical equipment, an established mid-size manufacturing company can save between $15,000 - $50,000 per year in electricity costs, with an average payback period of capital costs of less than two years.
Software Training. The engineers at Energizing Solutions are Department of Energy (DOE) certified experts in software tools associated with facility systems management. We train facilities personnel on how to use the AIMER system, energy reduction systems, and associated software tools, as they relate to plant specific operations.
