Energizing Solutions was one of ten teams selected to participate in the 2009-2010 University of California Venture Lab. This program, created by the University's Center for Entrepreneurship an Technology (CET) is designed to promote young tech startups, and included a $5,000 prize.

Energizing Solutions took home the $10,000 Bristlecone-Selamat Challenge Second Prize in the 2009 University of Washington Business Plan Competition, out of a record number of 90 competing businesses.
